Wow! It’s already been 1 week on Simply Filling. I will find out today if the scale agrees with this change. It’s been a good week. I will post a recap shortly. —Monica

Lunch:  Egg Salad Sandwich & Grapes
2 Eggs
Fat Free Mayo
1 Wheat Sandwich Thin
Spinach

Dinner:  Grilled Tilapia & Veggies
Dined out and was cooked in Vegetable Oil (4sp)

Snacks:  Elli Quark topped with Cheerios, Grapes & Watermelon

Beverages:  Coffee, Water, Iced Tea, Hot Tea
