Nana's Porcupine Meatballs

These are a favorite in our family. My son has liked meatballs since he was a toddler. "Meatball" was probably one of his first words. I have lightened up my mom's recipe to be a bit more Smart Point friendly. Use white rice. Brown just does not do as good in this recipe. Go ahead, have a ball making these. Enjoy.
