Turkey Taco Casserole
I love casseroles. This experiment in the kitchen did not disappoint. I have not had the time this past month to do much in the kitchen but I finally was able to try out something that I have been thinking about for awhile. I think it turned out yummy. It is very flavorful and filling. I used 2 heaping tablespoons of diced pickled jalapenos because my guys like spicy. Adjust according to your taste.
