Pressure Cooker Chicken Fajitas

I love having easy meals in my recipe box and this one fits right in. Quick, tasty and can be used in a variety of different ways. —Monica

Note: If you do not have a pressure cooker, you can bake in the oven with a few modifications. Do not add water, drizzle the olive oil on top of chicken and add other ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until chicken fully cooked.
