Day Two
The second day on Simply Filling was great. It is not difficult to follow and I feel a sense of freedom from not having to track every bite. I started this journey in 2014 so not tracking points is definitely a change. I did not use any weekly points today and I do not feel deprived. I can still have non Simply Filling foods, I just have to remember to make sure it fits within the weekly point allowance. I think this will be good for me because I was starting to get in a rut. It's too early for me to know how long I will stay with this method but I am for sure doing it a full week. βMonica
