Day Three

So far, so good. I am not wanting to eat everything in sight. I am not sure if this is due to Simply Filling. It could be a mental shift since I am trying something different. Nonetheless, I am feeling good. I am not retaining fluid and I do not feel bloated like I had frequently been experiencing.  I am assuming this is due to having less sodium. Before Simply Filling, I did not cook with much salt but now I am more conscientious about it and buying reduced sodium items.  Also, I assume cutting back on salty snacks is helping with fluid retention. β€”Monica

Breakfast:  Fiber One Cereal, Skim Milk & Blueberries

Lunch:  Sandwich with Grapes
1 Light Multigrain English Muffin
Reduced Sodium Deli Ham
1 Egg
1 Slice Fat Free Cheese
Spinach

Afternoon Snack:  PB2 & Banana Taco
1 Wheat Carb Balance Tortilla
Banana
2 Tbsp PB2

Dinner:  Pork Chop & SF Sides
Unsweetened Applesauce
Roasted Brussel Sprouts (with EVOO)
Corn

Evening Snacks: Orville Smart Pop, Cara Cara Orange & Grapes
