Day Five
I do not want to jinx myself by writing this but I am showing a loss on my home scale. I still have a few days left before my official Weight Watchers weigh in so I hope their scale will be the same.
I have felt good this week. I am not bloated. Cravings are less and hunger is satisfied. My wedding rings are looser than ever which I think is a sign of less fluid retention. I even have a bit more energy than I have had lately. I am not sure if that is because of Simply Filling or being on thyroid medication the last month. Regardless, I will take any extra energy that I can get.
I am trying to come up with Simply Filling snack ideas because I may be eating too many grapes. If you have any to share, please comment below. Thank you! βMonica
