Day Four

Today was another good day with Simply Filling. I am surprised how my snacking has changed. I have not wanted to do much night time eating. I feel satisfied after dinner and could probably make it until bedtime without a snack. However, I think it is important to have at least a small snack in hopes I will not get too hungry later. 

While on SF, I am basically sticking with the same portion sizes as when on SmartPoints. Having said that, I am not measuring everything. Weight Watchers advises that for the SF technique “...eat until you’re satisfied — not stuffed, not starving, just comfortably full”. I feel like this is a great transition for me as I approach goal and maintenance. WW has taught me what to eat and portion control. This SF trial is a great test to see how I will do long term. —Monica

Breakfast:  Cheerios, Skim Milk and Blueberries

Lunch:  Salad
Lettuce
Chicken Cooked with Rotel Tomatoes
Leftover Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Fat Free Ranch Dressing

Afternoon Snack:  PB & Banana Toast
Fit & Active Multigrain Bread, toasted
½ Tbsp JIF Whips PB (1sp)
Banana

Pre-Dinner Snack:  Grapes

Dinner:  Pork Chop & SF Sides
Roasted Potatoes (EVOO, Garlic, Salt, Pepper & Dried Parsley)
Green Beans

Night Snack:  Elli Quark Topped with Strawberries

Beverages:  Coffee, Water, Iced Coffee with Skim Milk
